Q: How is the real estate market right now in Hamilton?

A: When it comes to the real estate market, Hamilton, Ontario has been having a really good decade, and it doesn’t look like that will change anytime soon! In recent years, Toronto’s real estate prices have seen record highs. This has caused many urbanites who are seeking more space and more bang for their buck to turn to Hamilton. Hamilton, along with many areas in Canada, took a bit of a market hit at the onset of Covid-19, but the area has resurged with a vengeance. There is definitely a strong sellers’ market with 80% of available inventory selling out each month.

Q: Why should I list with you?

A: You’re not going to find another real estate agent that offers the full list of services I do. Beyond listing and marketing your home and negotiating a great price, I can also help you when it comes to downsizing needs such as estate planning, decluttering, organizing and cleaning your house.

I also understand how emotional it can be to sell your home and I take the time to truly listen to your needs. My goal is to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way.

Q: How do you determine my home’s sales price?

A: Pricing a home is a little bit of an artform and a little bit of a science. Essentially, the market value of any property is the amount of money someone is willing to pay for it. There are a lot of different factors that go into determining market value of any home, but some of the main ones I look at are size of the home, location, current market conditions, and comparable sales over the last 6 months.

Q: How will you market my home?

A: I have an extensive network of buyer’s agents that I tap into for my seller clients. This allows me to connect you with the right buyer.

In addition, I combine modern and traditional marketing strategies. So while I will list your home in the MLS listings, I will also leverage the power of social media channels like Facebook, Google and Instagram, making sure to offer potential buyers beautiful and professionally-taken photos of your property.

Q: I am ready to sell my home. Where do I start?

A: Your home is a big financial asset, and has been a major part of your life for years and perhaps even decades. You want to be sure you find an agent who is not only capable but also willing to go above and beyond to help you reach your goals.
